At The Wag Social, the health, safety, and well-being of every dog in our care is of utmost importance. We take considerable measures to maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment through regular upkeep of our facilities, monitoring of play interactions, and adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.

However, as with any outdoor and social environment where dogs interact, certain risks cannot be eliminated. Exposure to environmental factors, insects such as ticks and fleas, naturally occurring pathogens, and the possibility of minor injuries during play are inherent risks associated with dog parks, boarding facilities, and outdoor recreation spaces.

Pet Parents acknowledge that each dog has unique health requirements and immune responses. It remains the responsibility of Pet Parents to ensure their dogs are up to date on vaccinations, parasite prevention programs, and any other health measures recommended by their veterinarian.

While The Wag Social strives to minimize risks wherever possible, we cannot guarantee that dogs will be completely free from exposure to illnesses, pests, injuries, or other health-related incidents that may arise from interactions with the environment or other animals. Accordingly, The Wag Social, its owners, management, and staff shall not be held liable for such occurrences.

Pet Parents are encouraged to monitor their dogs following visits and seek veterinary attention if any signs of illness, injury, or discomfort arise.

To protect the welfare of all dogs, team members, and visitors, The Wag Social reserves the right to refuse entry, cancel visits, or request the removal of any dog or individual that may pose a health, safety, or behavioural risk to others or to the facility. This includes, but is not limited to, dogs showing signs of contagious illness, parasite infestation, or any condition that could compromise the well-being of the broader Wag Social community.

By visiting or utilizing our services, Pet Parents acknowledge these inherent risks and agree to release and indemnify The Wag Social, its management, and staff from claims arising from incidents beyond our reasonable control.
